Information we collect

Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address and location.
Account and billing information: account number, invoices, payments and service history.
Reports and messages you submit, including photos you choose to attach.
Technical data such as IP address (stored only in hashed form for abuse prevention) and, with your consent, anonymous analytics.

How we use it

To provide collection services, billing and receipts.
To respond to complaints, suggestions and enquiries and keep you informed of progress.
To send service notices such as schedule changes and interruptions.
To prevent fraud and abuse of our online services.

Anonymous reports

Some report types can be submitted anonymously. Anonymous reports do not store your name, phone number or email.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as SMS and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention

Report data is retained for up to 24 months after closure, and billing records for the period required by tax law.

Your rights
